Itinerary Details

Day 1	NAIROBI – ABERDARES Met on arrival and transfer to the Eka Hotel where refreshments will be served and a safari briefing conducted. Thereafter, drive north through the rich farming areas arriving at the Ark Lodge arriving in time for lunch (180 kms, approximately 3hrs drive). Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure enjoying excellent views of animals visiting the waterhole from the observation platforms of the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ark Lodge or similar (Meals included: Lunch and Dinner).
Day 2	ABERDARES – SAMBURU Drive north across the equator to the Samburu National Reserve (190 km - approximately 4 hours). You will arrive in time for lunch at Ashnil Samburu Camp. Late afternoon game drive in the reserve.  Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 3	SAMBURU Morning and late afternoon game drives in this open savannah which is traversed by the Ewaso Nyiro River. The river is populated by hippos and crocodiles, whilst the park is home to a host of animals including several species which are rarely seen in numbers elsewhere, including Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffes and long- necked gerenuks. Overnight: Ashnil Samburu Camp or similar. (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 4	SAMBURU – ABERDARE COUNTRY CLUB After breakfast, drive to Aberdare Country Club arriving in time for lunch (205 km - approximately 4 hours). Afternoon game drive in Solio Conservancy which is internationally recognized as one of the most successful rhino breeding reserves in Africa. Overnight: Aberdare Country Club or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 5	ABERDARE COUNTRY CLUB – LAKE NAIVASHA After breakfast, descend into the Great Rift Valley and continue to Lake Naivasha (240 km - approximately 4 hours). You will arrive in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure at the hotel or proceed on any of the available optional excursions (to book and pay locally). Overnight: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 6	LAKE NAIVASHA – MAASAI MARA Optional boat trip on Lake Naivasha (payable locally). Drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve (320 km - approximately 6 hours). Arrive in time for lunch at Ashnil Mara followed by an afternoon game drive. Overnight: Ashnil Mara Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 7	MAASAI MARA Enjoy an early morning game drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Alternatively, take an early morning balloon flight over the Mara followed by a 'bubbly' bush breakfast (optional extra, supplement cost to apply). After lunch, relax before a late afternoon game drive. Overnight: Ashnil Mara Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 8	END OF TOUR Return to Nairobi by road (325km – approximately 6 hours), or fly from the Mara to Nairobi: morning flight (AT OWN COST). Refreshments will be served at the Eka Hotel before final transfer to the airport for your outbound international flight or proceed with own chosen extension (Meals included: Breakfast)

1) All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.

2) It is mandatory for all travelers returning from Kenya to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate.

3) Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa.

4) Once a booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent, after which payment should be made immediately to secure bookings.

5) We are NOT liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our offices while on tour.

6) Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable

7) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 61 days prior to departure will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

60 - 50 days is 25% of the tour cost

49 - 30 days is 50% of the tour cost

29 - 0 days is 100 % of the tour cost

8) At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

9) Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

10) The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.

11) We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
