Itinerary Details

Day 1	Arrival In Nairobi - The Sarova Stanley, Nairobi Welcome on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. After customs and immigrations Meet & Greet by our Representative. Embark on a Panoramic City Orientation Tour of Nairobi en-route to your Hotel. Dinner at your Hotel (at own cost).
Day 2	Nairobi – Masai Mara Reserve Breakfast at your Hotel. Meet your Driver Guides in the Hotel Lobby and after short Safari Briefing departure to Masai Mara arriving at your Lodge/Camp in time for Lunch. Afternoon game drive Masai Mara. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day 3	Masai Mara Reserve Breakfast followed by full day game drive with picnic lunches (±09h00-16h00). Dinner at your Lodge/Camp. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 4	Masai Mara Reserve – Nairobi – Depart Breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive to Nairobi. Drop off at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport in Nairobi in the afternoon for your departure flight. (Meals: Breakfast)

• Accommodation for 01 night in Nairobi at Sarova Stanley or similar hotel
• Accommodation for 02 nights in Masai Mara at Keekorok Lodge or similar hotel
• 01 Breakfast only at Nairobi hotel
• 02 Breakfast, 02 Lunch and 02 Dinner at Masai Mara hotel 
• Activities as specified in the itinerary
• Nairobi transfers as specified in the itinerary in Van/Coach with English speaking Driver
• Transport in private Safari 4x4 Land Cruiser with service of English speaking Driver Guide
• Game drives as indicated in the itinerary (please be aware that due to unforeseeable weather and traffic circumstances not every game drive can be guaranteed)
• Park entry fees to all parks and reserves included in the itinerary for 24hrs each (fees are subject to change)
• Airport Assistance on Arrival and Departure (from Arrival Hall/up to Departure Hall)
• Drinking Water provide while on Safari

• Passport fees, immunization costs, city taxes at the hotel and local departure taxes (wherever applicable)
• Optional enhancements like room or flight upgrades, or local camera or video fees
• Additional sightseeing, activities and experiences outside of the itinerary
• Early check-in or late check-out from hotels (unless otherwise specified)
• Breakfast, lunches, dinners and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), unless specified in the itinerary
• Any international and/or domestic flights, unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion

1) All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.

2) It is mandatory for all travelers returning to India from Kenya to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate.

3) Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa.

4) Once a booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent, after which payment should be made immediately to secure bookings.

5) We are NOT liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our offices while on tour.

6) Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable

7) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 61 days prior to departure will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

60 - 50 days is 25% of the tour cost

49 - 30 days is 50% of the tour cost

29 - 0 days is 100 % of the tour cost

8) At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

9) Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

10) The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.

11) We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
