Day 1	ARRIVAL NAIROBI Met on arrival and transfer to the Sarova Panafric Hotel where you are booked for the night on bed and breakfast. Overnight: Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar (Meals included: Bed and Breakfast)
Day 2	NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU Today after an early breakfast, drive through the scenic Rift Valley and to Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately 180 km –3 hours’ drive). Arrive for lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Later enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Lake Nakuru National Park. Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill Loge or similar (Meals included: Lunch and Dinner)
Day 3	NAKURU – MAASAI MARA After breakfast depart for the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve (approximately 325 km - 5 hours drive). Arrive in time for lunch at the Sarova Mara Game Camp. In the afternoon enjoy your first game drive in the Masai Mara. Overnight: Sarova Mara Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 4	MAASAI MARA A further day in the magnificent Masai Mara. Enjoy a game drive followed by breakfast at the camp, or an early morning balloon safari over the Mara followed by a 'bubbly' bush breakfast (optional extra). The rest of the morning is at leisure before lunch and a game drive. Overnight: Sarova Mara Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 5	MAASAI MARA Another exciting day in the magnificent Masai Mara. Enjoy a game drive followed by breakfast at the camp. The rest of the morning is at leisure before lunch and a game drive. Overnight: Sarova Mara Camp or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 6	MAASAI MARA – NAIROBI – DEPART Return to Nairobi by road (290km – approximately 5 hours), or fly from the Mara to Nairobi: morning flight (on your own). Refreshments will be served at the Eka Hotel before final transfer to the airport for your outbound international flight or proceed with own chosen extension (Meals included: Breakfast)

1) All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.

2) It is mandatory for all travelers returning from Kenya to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate.

3) Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa.

4) Once a booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent, after which payment should be made immediately to secure bookings.

5) We are NOT liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our offices while on tour.

6) Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable

7) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 61 days prior to departure will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

60 - 50 days is 25% of the tour cost

49 - 30 days is 50% of the tour cost

29 - 0 days is 100 % of the tour cost

8) At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

9) Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

10) The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.

11) We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
