Itinerary Details

Day 1	NAIROBI – ABERDARES Met on arrival and transfer to the Eka Hotel where refreshments will be served and a safari briefing conducted. Thereafter, drive north through rich farming areas to Aberdare Country Club arriving in time for lunch at the club (180 kms, 180km, approximately 3hrs drive). After lunch transfer to Ark Lodge. Spend the afternoon at leisure enjoying excellent views of animals visiting the waterhole from the observation platforms of the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Ark Lodge or similar (Meals included: Lunch and Dinner).
Day 2	ABERDARES – LAKE NAKURU Enjoy breakfast at the lodge followed by transfer to the Aberdare Country Club to collect left luggage. Thereafter, drive into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving in time for lunch at Aberdare Country Club (180 kms, approximately 3hrs drive). Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 3	LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA After an early breakfast drive to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Keekorok Lodge (315 kms, approximately 6hrs drive). Enjoy a late afternoon game-drive in one of the world’s finest game reserves. Dinner and overnight at the Keekorok Lodge or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 4	MASAI MARA An early morning balloon safari over the Mara followed by a bubbly bush breakfast (optional extra) or take an early morning game-drive followed by breakfast at the lodge. Rest of the morning at leisure at the lodge. After lunch proceed on a late afternoon game-drive. Dinner and overnight at the Keekorok Lodge or similar (Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Day 5	MASAI MARA – NAIROBI Return to Nairobi by road (280 km – approximately 5 hours drive), or fly from the Mara to Nairobi: morning flight (prices on request). Refreshments will be served at the Eka Hotel before final transfer to the airport for your outbound international flight or proceed with own chosen extension (Meals included: Breakfast)

• Accommodation for 01 night in Aberdares at Ark Lodge or similar hotel
• Accommodation for 01 night in Nakuru at Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar hotel
• Accommodation for 02 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve at Keekorok Lodge or similar hotel
• 04 Breakfast, 04 Lunch and 04 Dinners
• All transfers and game-drives conducted in 4x4 Land Cruiser
• Park entrance fees
• Services of professional English-speaking driver / guide 

• Passport fees, immunization costs, city taxes at the hotel and local departure taxes (wherever applicable)

1) All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.

2) It is mandatory for all travelers returning from Kenya to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate.

3) Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa.

4) Once a booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent, after which payment should be made immediately to secure bookings.

5) We are NOT liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our offices while on tour.

6) Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable

7) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received less than 61 days prior to departure will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

60 - 50 days is 25% of the tour cost

49 - 30 days is 50% of the tour cost

29 - 0 days is 100 % of the tour cost

8) At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

9) Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

10) The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.

11) We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.
